CREATIVE NEW YORKER

October 17, 2011

COMING SOON…

Artist Damien Hirst & photographer Rankin have come together to create this amazing exhibition based on a mystical era.

The exhibit will be open from now until November 7, at RANKIN Gallery on 8070 Melrose Ave. Los Angeles, CA.

Recently, world-renowned artist and graphic designer Shepard Fairey left his mark in Asbury Park, NJ, by painting a series of music-related murals for the “All Tomorrow’s Parties” music festival sister event, “I’ll Be Your Mirror.”

This work is very impressive and worth the hour long drive from the city to the Jersey Shore.

HOW and HOSM in LA

October 13, 2011

Street Artists How and Hosm recently did a piece with the LA Freewalls project in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. The twins did a detailed mural 106 feet wide and 60 feet tall (32m x 18m).  With 20 yrs in the game it’s dope to see how these artists have grown.
